  • Messaging data: message template names, message metadata, delivery statuses, and logs needed for troubleshooting.
  • Webhook events: inbound messages and status events received from Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API as applicable to your configuration.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, device/browser information, and system logs for security and reliability.

4) Billing and account continuity

Subscription access, receipts, and statement generation may depend on the active customer plan and billing status. Public pricing pages are informational; final account-level billing actions occur after workspace sign-in or creation.

5) Disclaimers and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date when changes are made.

Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of data associated with your use of Kiana WhatsApp Panel, please follow the steps below.

1) How to submit a request

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Include the admin username, panel URL, and the relevant workspace or account details needed to identify your records.

2) What we delete

  • Admin account records where applicable.
  • Stored Meta or WhatsApp configuration references tied to the account or workspace.
  • Messaging logs and webhook event records associated with the account or workspace.

3) Verification and timeline

For security, we may ask for additional information to verify the requester’s authority. We process valid requests without undue delay, subject to legal and security requirements.
