1) Service description

The Service is business software that allows authorized users to manage WhatsApp promotional templates, customer messaging, broadcasts, delivery statuses, contacts, and related operational workflow.

2) Eligibility and admin-only access

The Service is intended for business and admin use only.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to authorized users.

3) Acceptable use

Do not send unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading messages.
Do not violate WhatsApp policies, Meta Platform Terms, or applicable laws.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or bypass security controls.

4) Billing and account continuity

Subscription access, receipts, and statement generation may depend on the active customer plan and billing status. Public pricing pages are informational; final account-level billing actions occur after workspace sign-in or creation.

5) Disclaimers and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date when changes are made.
