- Meta/WhatsApp configuration data: WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone number identifiers, sender identifiers, Graph API version, and related configuration metadata.
- Access tokens / credentials: tokens required to connect to Meta services, stored securely with restricted access.
- Messaging data: message template names, message metadata, delivery statuses, and logs needed for troubleshooting.
- Webhook events: inbound messages and status events received from Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API as applicable to your configuration.
