Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellations, and billing corrections are handled.
This policy applies to subscriptions and billing activity related to Kiana WhatsApp Panel.
1) Subscription charges
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation of the service period,
except where a duplicate charge, technical billing error, or applicable law requires otherwise.
2) WhatsApp usage charges in Meta
Direct Meta
WhatsApp usage charges are paid directly by the customer business to Meta. Any disputes or payment-method issues related to those charges should be handled through the customer’s Meta billing setup.
3) Service cancellation
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of recurring service access before the next billing cycle.
Access already paid for remains active until the end of the current paid period unless a written exception is approved.
4) Billing review requests

with the workspace name, charge details, and the reason for the request.
This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection or payment regulations.
